Carbon Monoxide Transmitters
ACI/CO

Product Description:

The ACI/CO transmitters monitor carbon monoxide (CO) levels in industrial environments. The ACI/CO transmitters are intended to be used for the continuous monitoring of vehicle exhaust in non-hazardous areas such as underground parking facilities, service garages, ambulance parking bays, loading docks, arenas, and refrigerant machinery rooms. Guidelines provided by OSHA and the UL2034 STD rating state that current danger levels are 50 ppm on a Time Weighted Average over an 8 Hour Period or 35 Minutes at a 200 ppm level. Indoor concentrations above 35 ppm indicate the need for additional ventilation.

The ACI/CO uses a wide spectrum, long life solid-state sensor to measure the amount of CO in the environment. It is offered with a range of 0 to 200 ppm with an accuracy of +/- 10 ppm. The carbon monoxide transmitter provides a linear 4 to 20mA output on a three wire system when using a DC voltage to power the transmitter. When using AC power the transmitter must be connected using 4 wires. The input voltage can range from 20 to 30 VDC or 16 to 24 VAC.

ACI's carbon monoxide transmitters are offered in a room mounted package. The transmitter is mounted in a rugged UL rated polycarbonate enclosure with hinged, secured door. All ACI/CO sensors come with a 2 year warranty.

For applications that need a higher accuracy contact ACI for further information.
