High Temperature Platinum Sensors

Product Description:

The ACI/100-HT and ACI/1000-HT Series temperature sensors incorporate a Class B thin film platinum RTD sensor which conforms to DIN-IEC-751 platinum RTD standards.

One of the most important features of the ACI/100-HT and ACI/1000-HT is that they are air encapsulated. This allows the sensor to have a much more stable output since the sensing element isn't subjected to the constant expansion and contraction of the encapsulation materials. The sensors are mounted in a 1/4" diameter stainless steel probe and have 24" Nickel Plated Fiberglass leads. These sensors are compatible with all liquids and materials that are compatible with 316 Stainless Steel materials.

The ACI/100-HT and ACI/1000-HT sensors are available in either two or three-wire configurations incorporating high accuracy and interchangeability throughout a wide temperature range.

Some of the typical applications are for Stacks, Boilers, Oil Baths, Process Controls, Commercial Ovens, Plastics Processing, Bearings, Incubators, and Truck or Vehicle Engines.

These units are offered in Duct, Duct without box, Immersion , and Remote Probe configurations.
